Click empty canvas space to deselect. Right-click empty space to add a session, or right-click a session to delete it. Drag sessions to move or resize them. The timeline expands to contain sessions. A red outline marks an overlap.

How to use Agenda Studio

Build a clear, multi-day agenda by placing sessions directly on the timetable.

1. Set up the agenda

Start from template — choose a blank, one-day, or two-day two-track agenda. Included placeholders can all be edited or deleted.
Or build manually — enter the title, working hours, time interval and number of days, then select Apply layout.
Edit day and track names directly above the timetable.
Reorder complete days, including their tracks and sessions, with the arrows beside a day name.

Note: Reducing the day count deletes right-hand days after a warning. Move any days you want to keep to the left first.

2. Add and arrange sessions

View switches between the full agenda and a wider single-day workspace. This changes only the screen view; exports still include every day.
Create or delete — use Add session, or right-click: empty track space adds a session at that time; an existing session offers Delete.
Select and move — click a session to select it, drag it to reposition it, or drag its top or bottom edge to resize it.
Click empty canvas space to deselect the current session. Return to All days to drag a session between days.

Note: Layout Start and End times set the initial view, not hard limits. Sessions outside that range expand the timeline automatically; scrolling is normal on smaller screens.

3. Edit a session

Use the editor beside the canvas to change the title, notes, start and end times, duration and colour.
Changing the duration adjusts the end time; changing either time recalculates the duration.
Choose a standard colour swatch or create your own with the colour selector.
Notes are saved and included in Excel exports, but do not appear on the canvas, images or PowerPoint.
All tracks / plenary spans both tracks. You can also duplicate or delete the selected session.

Note: A red outline identifies overlapping sessions. Overlaps remain allowed so you can resolve them manually; plenaries are checked against both tracks.

4. Save, share and export

Your work autosaves on this device, but is not stored online or synchronised between devices.
Save project downloads a backup that can be emailed, reopened with Open project, or reused as your own template.
Import project days selects whole days from another project and appends them to this agenda. The seven-day maximum still applies.
Start over clears the current schedule.
Export creates an editable PowerPoint, a genuine Excel workbook, or PNG, JPEG and SVG images.

Note: The Excel workbook contains real dates, times and numeric durations. Plenaries are identified in the Format column and appear only in Track 1, leaving Track 2 blank.
